Absolutely! We love animals, and we make sure our thoroughly vetted staff does too!
Do I need to provide any supplies?
No! Live Luxe professionals have everything needed. Our clients have the option of supplying preffered cleaning products or tools. Live Luxe uses only top-quality cleaning tools and products.
Can I trust who comes into my home to clean?
Yes! We would not allow just anyone in our home to clean and we do not expect you to! We thoroughly vet our staff with an extensive background check.
POLICIES
Lock Out Policy
If we are unable to access the home upon arrival, are turned away at the door, or the appointment is canceled the same day, a fee equal to 50% of the service price will be charged to the card on file.
Cancellation Policy
Please note that if service is canceled with less than 48 business hours' notice, a cancellation fee equal to half the service price will be charged to the credit card on file.
How do I pay for my cleaning?
We will charge the card you provided when booking your service right after the service is provided.
How do you guarantee satisfaction?
We are confident in our services! Any service discrepancies are unacceptable and must be addressed by the customer within 24 hours. While we do not provide monetary refunds, should our customer have an issue... we do our best to make it right! Our customers' satisfaction is of utmost importance.
